Ordering:
You do not need a Paypal account to use their secure payment services. If you do not feel comfortable ordering from us online, we are available to
take your order via phone at
877.779.7181 (11:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time) or fax 877.779.7134. If you reach a recording, please leave a message with your contact
information, prefered method of contact
and we will return your message as soon as possible. For faxed orders, please
let us know your preferred
method of contact for order confirmation. Thank you!
Privacy Policy:
Your personal and credit card information are used to process your order only.
We never sell your
private information to anyone, ever!
Return Policy:
At The Eagle's Nest, we understand that there are times when a product does
not meet your
expectations. We believe our return policy is reasonable and fair.
- All “clearance” items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
- All other products in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization. Items returned that are not in good, sellable condition may receive no refund.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item shipped was our error. No returns will be accepted without an authorization from The Eagle's Nest. Please call us at 877.779.7181 or send us an email at cs@theeaglesnestonline.com for authorization.
- Any shipment refused by buyer for any reason will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping and handling charges incurred by The Eagle's Nest.
- Items after 30 days may be returned on a case by case basis for store credit only. Contact The Eagle's Nest for more information.
- The Eagle's Nest is NOT responsible for any returns stolen
in transit to our location.
Shipping rates & Handling Fees:
We believe our shipping rates are reasonable based on the current rates and the packaging used to protect your items. We ship USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.
International Orders:
The Eagle's Nest is not responsible for any fees charged by foreign countries.
We strongly advise
buyers to research their country’s laws and policies regarding these
fees prior to placing an order
with us.
Most of our products can be shipped internationally. However, there are often significant restrictions regarding the importation of animal based products like feathers, leather, furs, etc. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research these restrictions. If you are not sure, you are better off not ordering the item.
All international orders will be charged actual shipping costs including insurance. We will notify the buyer with a quote prior to shipment. All shipping costs must be prepaid.
